Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

This is a 90-minute experience. You will slip into warm robes, sip on some complimentary bubbly from Zin Yoga Studio & Wine Lounge, nibble on chocolates and spend some quality time relaxing with your person. Then you will climb under the warm sheets and escape the worries of the world while you indulge in a 70-minute relaxing massage. This includes warm salt stone on the back, aromatherapy and warm peppermint towels on the feet.To secure your spot for this service you must call the spa to book. A credit card is required to hold the spot and we require a full 48-hour notice to cancel without a charge. $325 per couple. This is not booked as a 90 minute couples, but as the experience.

It’s a relaxing 75 minute couples that includes aromatherapy, warm salt stones on the back, and warm towels on the feet. This service is meant to calm your mind and body and is not to treat specific areas of muscle tension.

You may get our couples specials anytime during the month of February, but during the week of February 11th-15th we are only offering our Couples Unwind and our Valentine’s Couples Escape. If you want a 60 or 90 minute couples massage those can be book anytime outside of this week. We do require a credit card to hold the reservation and need a full 24 hours notice to cancel in order to not be charged the full amount.
